AMD is retinal degeneration in macula, dry (drusen) or wet (neovascular), leading to central vision loss.

Symptoms

  • Fundus autofluorescence
  • Angiography (wet)

Treatments

  • AREDS2 vitamins (dry)
  • Anti-VEGF (ranibizumab)
  • Photodynamic therapy
